The restaurant here was excellent for breakfast and hopping bar area at night, we both ordered tasty dishes. The service here was amazing. Great and incredible location, the private parking was available. Furthermore, the area was luxurious.

Silent rooms with outstanding amenities particularly like the coffee machine are accompanied by COURTEOUS service. The location is marvellous and perfect, at a medium distance from a large urban park.

Appreciated Chicago, the hotel was stunningly beautiful and pretty to the West Loop neighbourhood. Its location was central, minute walk from Chicago Skyline.

The breakfast was awesome and marvellous with gym hot food, really amazing view on Chicago skyscrapers to choose from. I loved that the room was stylish and silent with a view.

The hotel had a central location and it was a couple of blocks away from London Guarantee Building.

Cool hotel, clean, really good staff. Amazing services, the private parking was available on site. Late check-out. Great location to the West Loop neighbourhood, easy walk to Downtown Chicago. Also - just next door to the river as well as The Langham or the Four Seasons. Main bar with mixed drinks.

Pricey breakfast.

This hotel is beautiful, has really good employees from the doorman to the receptionist. The location was great, just a pleasant stroll away from Chicago-style pizza. And we were just off the shopping street, The Langham being able to deliver what the others ca n't -- PEACE and a dozen or so great restaurants.

Amazing and magnificent location, an easy walk to Riverwalk. Based close enough to the downtown Chicago, a local restaurant for breakfast and so very much-The Magnificent Mile, The Chicago Riverwalk, The Loop, South Michigan Ave.

Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

The rooms with great bathroom, a fantastic view plus shower. Outstanding dishes, central location exclusive in the common areas. Close to the riverwalk, bars, and dining and great restaurants.

Super clean room with truly stunning views and huge bed, as for instance. Outstanding food in the restaurant for breakfast.

It had absolutely perfect and magnificent location near London Guarantee Building. We didn't have time, so that's why we would have stayed for longer.

We had an amazing weekend getaway in a superb first-class hotel in the center of downtown. The service was impeccable, from the valet to the check-out staff. The spacious and clean room had a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was luxurious. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and catered to our every need. We enjoyed the Club Level experience, with personalized service and attention to detail. The hotel had a great location in the West Loop neighborhood, close to everything.

The seating at breakfast was limited and the food was lackluster. Next time, we'll skip the hotel breakfast.

Fairly clean place & courteous staff upon receiving his food and calling it out to a waiter. Exceptional and fab location on the river, and 10 minute walk from Downtown Chicago.
